Fantastic collection of France includes all mnh commemoratives and definitive stamps ,including the Sabines with and without Tropical gum, missing only Conseil de Europa 3 values from 1969,includes year 1975 and 1982 SS ( scott 1821). From 1971 to 1982 in a very nice Lindner hingeless album;4 pages have regular mounts. Not responsible for loss or damage by postal service. S&H to USA $10.00
